I would like to know if your experience parallels mine this year. Please vote based upon your PERSONAL experience.

Eddie,

Can't vote as I don't have a "last year" for a frame of reference.

So far, I would say they are huge in comparison..:-)

Played with 5 natives this weekend, all cookie cutter 8-9 lb chromers. I don't think this is a big fish year. Last year seemed to be in my opinion.

My vote based on personal experience is that it has been an average year, however it seems I have been hearing about an awful lot of pigs this year.

We have landed 4 Natives in the last 2 weeks, all chrome bright hens. 3 of them were 5-8 lbs and the 4th was approx 12lbs. They seem smaller so far for me. I have heard a lot of reports of big fish from a lot of guys though.

We have brought a lot of fish to the boat this year, but nothing over 10 or 12 pounds. Maybe next weekend!

Yes, since the first of the year we have had three fish over twenty to the boat. Should have had four but if did not work out as you would have hoped. laugh

I had to vote "what is a steelhead" just because you put it on there! laugh Seriously, the two that I caught this year where small but from what I have seen it has been an average year.
